Symptoms of Low T

[14:28] Around the time men hit their mid-30’s, they may start to encounter some less than ideal changes in their bodies. They can find themselves getting tired more quickly, putting on weight, not gaining muscle the way they’re used to, or having less mental capacity day to day.

[15:19] That’s what was happening to Richard, and finally it was time to do something about it. When enough was enough, he and the lovely Laura went on the hunt for answers.

Speaking with a ex-Airforce body-builder named Bob, Richard told his story and about being tired and foggy, and detailed his symptoms. Bob asked “How’s your libido?” and “Do you ever get weepy?” After hearing the answers, the solution was clear: you have low T.

Getting Testosterone Injections was the Answer

[19:39] Right away, the Plumbing Power Couple booked Richard’s appointment at the Low T Center to get checked out. After all the tests and consulting with his doctor, it was confirmed, his testosterone levels were low. Once that testosterone is low enough, the estrogen hormone checks in and that’s where mood swings, lethargy, and all the symptoms come in.

He got on the program, and within two weeks of beginning injections, Richard was coming back around to being himself again. Within a month, it was as if he was back in his thirties.

Today, he is able to give himself the shots and maintain the regimen and their lives have changed for the better.

What Does this Have to Do with Plumbing? It’s All About Mindset.

[22:50] The Million Dollar Plumber talks a lot about the Freedom Lifestyle. If you reach the goal and achieve the Freedom Lifestyle, but are too tired to enjoy it, what’s the point?

You must be intentional about taking care of your body and your health. It’s about enjoying life and having the energy to make the most out of every day. How easy is it to let it move to the back burner, but it’s vital to keep a finger on your health; you’re the only one that can do it.

As with any medical topic, it’s important to note that we are not doctors. You should always seek advice from your medical professionals to discuss risks and desired outcomes.
